Classes are tailored for teenage girls and women of any age, fitness level or ability. Your class will be at a pace that best suits you be it laid back or intense - depending upon your needs. You can be a beginner or have previous martial arts experience and still benefit from these classes.

CLASS OUTLINE
Sessions can cover but are not limited to:
• How to escaping an abductor(s)
• How to fight from the Ground
• Very practical knife defence
• How to make fear your weapon
• Very practical knife defence
• Date rape strategies and tactics
• Identify warning signs or threats.
• Escapes from holds and grabs
